Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

While we prefer you are home during your appointment, it is not required. We do appreciate having someone present to confirm the areas that will be cleaned, discuss options and address any concerns we may encounter during the service. Please know all of our service technicians employees and are insured and bonded. We do collect payment onsite after the cleaning so if you are not going to be home, please be sure the customer service representative is notified at time of scheduling so we can arrange payment.
